Disinfectant...
On my latest order the disinfectant wipes were not in stock and so on back order. I was gone on a 3 week vacation and when I got back I realized they still hadn’t shipped them. Any other time they shipped as soon as they were restocked. I called Valuemed and they said that yes they were in stock and would ship at no charge. I had 2 ordered and 1 came in a box by itself and really, I’m thinking both could have shipped in the same box but whatever, the other one is on route. It seems like a waste of packaging to me. In saying that, customer service is very pleasant and accommodating.
