The KemSafe 9077 Glutaraldehyde/OPA Neutralizing Absorbent Mats (Wipes) are designed to absorb and neutralize small spills and splashes of glutaraldehyde and OPA (ortho-phthalaldehyde) disinfectant solutions. The mats can be placed directly over small spills or used beneath soaking containers to help manage accidental drips and splashes during handling of these disinfectant solutions.
KemSafe Neutralizing Mats use a glycine-based formulation and are intended for use in healthcare and other environments where glutaraldehyde or OPA disinfectant solutions are handled. When used as directed, the mat absorbs the disinfectant solution and neutralizes it upon initial absorption.
