No consistency/billing...
Hi, I order all the operating room equipment and disposables, the price is good however delivery is inconsistent, delivery time inconsistent, difficulties finding product online versus using the rep to find product. The invoicing is never accurate, and there is a mismatch between the order and the billing. Not reliable product delivery, always have to look 4-6wks ahead to make sure the product is in office. unknown back-ordering is frustrating when I have to scramble to look for product last minute. However, the rep is lovely, always prompt and willing to find product somewhere if you don’t carry it.
